The domain name, Website, is owned, registered and operated by “Naveen Steel Corporation”, a proprietorship firm, having its registered office at No.285, MANGAL BHAWAN, Mugappair Road, Mathiyazhagan Nagar, Padi, Chennai - 600050. (hereinafter referred to as “Naveen Steel Corporation” or “us” or “our” or “firm”)
In this agreement, we have referred to the Naveen Steel Corporation service/product as the "product(s)"/"service(s)".
These Terms and Conditions of use (“Terms of Use”), are between the Firm, and the User(s), who are registered with us, or/and who avail the product(s)/service(s), or/and who use the Website (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” or “ User(s)”).
These Terms and Conditions are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or usage of the Website.

1) Force Majeure
Naveen Steel Corporation shall not be liable for failure to perform, or the delay in performance of, any of its obligations if, and to the extent that, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.
2) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Naveen Steel Corporation, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) Your use of and access to the Product/Service/Website; (ii) Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) Your violation of any right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; (iv) Any claim that your User Content caused damage; or (v) Violation of any applicable laws. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and conditions and your use of the Product/Service.
3) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NAVEEN STEEL CORPORATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, LOSSES OR EXPENSES OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF USER CONTENT AT NAVEEN STEEL CORPORATION, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND/OR PRODUCTS/SERVICES, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES, (V) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES, AND/OR (VI) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY USER CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA PRODUCTS/ SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT, IN SOME JURISDICTIONS, WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY THAT CANNOT BE LEGALLY EXCLUDED, IF THAT IS TRUE IN YOUR JURISDICTION, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVEEN STEEL CORPORATION LIMITS ITS LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THOSE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS TO EITHER SUPPLYING YOU THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES AGAIN (OR THE COST OF SUPPLYING YOU THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES AGAIN).
YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NAVEEN STEEL CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
4) Disclaimer
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES/WEBSITE SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. f) Violate Internet standards.
g) Use the product/service for displaying harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or tortuous material or invading other's privacy.
h) Interfere with or disrupting the product/service or servers or networks connected to the product/service by posting advertisements or links to competing services, transmitting "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass distribution of e-mail.
i) Compromise the security of the product/service Naveen Steel Corporation provides. Please do not try to gain access to system areas private to Naveen Steel Corporation, or to other users.
7) Limitations on Use

Users are welcome to provide links to the homepage of Naveen Steel Corporation, provided they do not remove or obscure, by framing or otherwise, any portion of the homepage and that you discontinue providing links to the site if requested by Naveen Steel Corporation.
9) Severability of Provisions
If one or more of the provisions contained in this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or enforceable in any respect, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Such provisions shall be revised only to the extent necessary to make them enforceable.
10) Modifications to Product/Service and website
Naveen Steel Corporation reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the product/service with or without notice to the user. The user agrees that Naveen Steel Corporation shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the product/service. The user acknowledges and agrees that any termination of product/service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice.
You agree and acknowledge that Naveen Steel Corporation will have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website including but not limited to, the User Content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, Naveen Steel Corporation may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information. Naveen Steel Corporation reserves the right to refuse your access to the Website, remove or edit contents without any notice to you.
11) Unlawful Activity
Naveen Steel Corporation reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Agreement and to take any action Naveen Steel Corporation deems appropriate including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to user profiles, e-mail addresses, usage history, IP addresses and traffic information.
12) Naveen Steel Corporation Proprietary Rights
Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any license or right, by implication, estoppel's or otherwise, under copyright or other intellectual property rights. Naveen Steel Corporation is the sole owner and lawful licensee of all the rights to the Website and its Content. All materials on this Website, including, but not limited to design, layout, images, text, graphics, sound, video, trade-dress, trademarks, patents are the property of Naveen Steel Corporation and are protected by all the applicable laws, including, but not limited to copyright, trademark, trade-names, patents, internet domain names, data protection, IT Act, privacy and publicity rights and other similar rights and statutes. The user acknowledges and agrees that the user is permitted to use this material and information only as expressly authorized by Naveen Steel Corporation, and may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express authorization. The user acknowledges and agrees that Naveen Steel Corporation can display images and text throughout the Product/Service. Users cannot extract and publish any information from the system, either electronically or in print, without the permission of Naveen Steel Corporation and the permission of all other concerned parties. Contact Naveen Steel Corporation before copying anything from the system with plans of reproducing it or distributing it.
13) Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Website terms and conditions, Naveen Steel Corporation reserves the right, without notice in its sole discretion, to terminate and/or block your use and/or access of the Website/Products/Services. Upon termination, you must destroy and cease to use all materials obtained from this Website, copies and related documentation thereof with immediate effect.
14) Remedy For Breach
You agree that any breach of this Agreement by you or your representatives would cause Naveen Steel Corporation irreparable harm, injury, loss and damage, the extent of which would be impossible to ascertain and for which monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy. Accordingly, in addition to any other remedies Naveen Steel Corporation may have at law or in equity, Naveen Steel Corporation shall be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief in the event of any such breach of this Agreement by you or your representatives.
